A retired Police Officer and a big fan of Country Music holding his own radio show broadcast nationally via 6dby Derby, WA with a huge fan base for the radio show. Gordon recorded this album to share with you the songs he had written and to celebrate his love of country music.
Ex Bass player of Kimberley Country Music band the Back Yard Rascals and has now been engaging in cultural leadership, native title and his own aspirations aligned with his love and passion for his heritage and his love of the Kimberley.
This recording is a experimental production to ensure his songs are recorded. Gordon Marshall now lives in Derby but has a wide spread of family and cultural connection to many countries, like Yawuru, Karrajarri, Djaberr Djaberr and Nyul Nyul.
